Hibee Artist Project V1.0
This program aims to help art students and young independent artists in China and the United States enhance their professional background and industry influence through systematic background enhancement programs, and ultimately provide strong support for their application for the 0-1B Outstanding Artist visa in the United States.

Purpose of the Plan
This plan aims to enhance the professional background and industry influence of art students and young independent artists from China and the United States through a systematic background improvement program, ultimately providing strong support for their applications for the U.S. O-1B visa for outstanding artists.
Customer Pain Points
Our legal team, when conducting business, often has to turn away many talented individuals due to the high standards required to meet acceptance criteria for O-1B visa applications. Based on our experience, it is challenging for these clients to gain O-1B visa approval. The reasons can generally be categorized into the following three points:
a. Art Students in the U.S.
-
Lack of planning and clear guidance.
-
Insufficient awareness of how to utilize the optimal timing for exhibitions, events, or performances to enhance their profiles.
b. Young Artists in the U.S.
-
Uncertainty about how exhibitions, events, or performances can meet the standards of U.S. immigration law.
c. Art Students/Young Artists in China
-
Lack of sufficient information, planning, and clear guidance on how to sustain creative work in the U.S.
Lack of sufficient information, planning, and clear guidance on how to sustain creative work in the U.S.
In the current environment, art students and young artists face several challenges in their O-1B visa applications, including:
a. Hidden Costs
-
Many background enhancement programs offered by immigration agencies come with "three uncertainties":
-
No clear explanation of how much improvement is needed.
-
No clear reasoning or explanation of the methodology behind the program.
-
No clear disclosure of additional fees that applicants might incur during the enhancement process.
-
b. Bundled Services
-
For independent-minded artists, what they truly need is professional legal consultation on immigration matters, not an "all-inclusive" enhancement package that treats them as passive participants.
-
The "take-it-or-leave-it" approach of bundled services adds unnecessary financial and mental burdens on the artists, while also restricting their creative potential.
c. Unusable Materials
-
Among the clients we have had to turn away, many have hosted remarkable exhibitions or performances. However, after detailed evaluation, their materials often fail to meet several key standards required by USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services). As a result, they are unlikely to pass the review process.

Service Content
a. Target Audience:
-
Our primary clients are art students and young artists from the United States and China. They mainly come from the following fields: visual arts, musical arts, and performing arts. (Other art disciplines may require consultation and evaluation by our art advisors before services can be provided.)
b. Services Provided:
i. O-1B Visa Planning:
-
At the early stages of an artist's career, we provide a detailed enhancement plan for the next 1-2 years. This plan is designed to be highly actionable, equipping artists with specific, implementable objectives and tasks for upcoming activities to meet the standards for O-1B approval and even EB-1A eligibility in the future.
ii. O-1B Compliance Guidance:
-
From the perspective of immigration law, we define the standards and benchmarks required during exhibitions, events, or performances to ensure compliance with USCIS requirements.
iii. O-1B Artistic Resource Referrals:
-
We connect clients with the necessary resources, including media outlets, venues, and curators, to facilitate the progress of their events and activities.
iv. O-1B Artist Visa Legal Submission:
-
We provide legal submission services for O-1B visa applications. After the artist completes payment and submits materials, we handle the drafting and delivery of all required O-1B application documents, including the Petition Letter, Form I-129, recommendation letters, and other supporting documents.
v. O-1B Artist Development Program:
-
A comprehensive package that includes the four services above: planning, execution, and final submission of the O-1B application, leading to visa approval. This program also lays a solid foundation for future EB-1A applications, offering significant long-term benefits.
