Wenjie Sun
Of Counsel & Immigration Counsel
Wenjie Sun serves as Of Counsel and Immigration Counsel at Hibee. She is also a Founding Partner of Sun & Ren PLLC, a New York-licensed law firm. With over a decade of focused experience in business immigration, Ms. Sun has advised employers and professionals across companies of all sizes. She has handled hundreds of H-1B, L-1, and PERM cases, securing 1,000+ H-1B approvals for her clients. Ms. Sun has been recognized by Super Lawyers as one of New York's Top Women Lawyers and was named a Rising Star for four consecutive years from 2016 to 2019.
Xiaochen Lai
Immigration Counsel
Xiaochen Lai is licensed to practice law in both New York State and China, and has practiced for many years at a New York law firm. Her work covers EB-5, EB-1, O-1, L-1, H-1B and other work visa and employment-based immigration matters, as well as business plan drafting and comprehensive legal services for companies expanding to the United States and maintaining compliance. Ms. Lai has focused on EB-5 matters for more than a decade, participating in all three stages from the prior EB-5 program through the 2022 reform, and has assisted thousands of high-net-worth families with U.S. immigration status and ongoing status maintenance.
Li Tao, Esq.
Of Counsel at Hibee
Mr. Tao is well-versed in U.S. immigration law, with in-depth knowledge of both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. His practice covers employment-based nonimmigrant visas such as H-1B, O-1, and L-1, as well as immigrant visa pathways including EB-1, EB-2 (including NIW), EB-3, and EB-5 categories. Mr. Tao represents both individual and corporate clients on U.S. immigration matters, and routinely advises multinational companies on building their U.S. teams.
David Zhou
Co-Founder & Senior Compliance Officer
David Zhou is the Co-founder and Senior Compliance Officer of HiBee International Consulting Inc., where he leads the design and implementation of the firm's integrated compliance framework. David focuses on systematically integrating corporate governance, immigration compliance, and cross-border business compliance, with a particular emphasis on serving small and medium-sized enterprises and startups. He is also the Founder of the NYU Chinese Law Students Association (CLSA).
Elsie Wang

Elsie is a serial entrepreneur and business consultant who has long worked with early-stage and growth-stage founders. Her focus areas include founder identity and long-term pathway planning, business model design, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and strategic planning for cross-border expansion. In the context of immigration and cross-border development, Elsie provides strategic guidance grounded in business logic, enterprise planning, and long-term personal development goals.
Lina Li

Lina Li is the Founding Partner of Alpha Law LLC. Passionate about protecting her clients' interests, she brings deep legal expertise across immigration, matrimonial, criminal defense, trademark, copyright, and civil litigation — making her a true general practice attorney. At Alpha Law, Lina's practice spans: criminal defense including arraignments, plea negotiations, and charge dismissals; civil litigation covering corporate disputes, fraud, and breach of contract; immigration law securing green cards from diverse backgrounds (I-601A waivers, immigrant visas, asylum, U-Visa, VAWA); matrimonial law including uncontested divorces and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements; trademark and copyright applications, infringement suits, Amazon seller representation, and brand protection; and corporate litigation ensuring regulatory compliance and labor dispute resolution.
