1. Introduction
Hibee International Consulting Inc. (“Hibee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to information we collect through our website hibee.us and related subdomains (including booking.hibee.us), and through our consulting and case-support services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using our website or Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.
2. Who We Are
Hibee is a U.S.-based immigration consulting company. We provide immigration consulting, case preparation, and support services, and we help clients connect with independent, licensed attorneys who provide legal representation where applicable. Hibee is not a law firm, and using our website or Services does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship with Hibee (see our Terms of Use).
3. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties involved in your matter.
a. Information you provide to us, which may include:
- Identification and contact details: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and messaging IDs (e.g., WeChat).
- Immigration and case information necessary to provide our Services, which may include sensitive personal data such as date of birth, nationality, passport and travel-document details, visa status, Form I-94 records, USCIS receipt numbers, employment and education history, and supporting documentation.
- Communications you send to us (e.g., inquiry-form messages, emails, and messages).
- Payment-related information you provide in connection with our Services (payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors, not stored by us).
b. Information collected automatically when you visit our website:
- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring/exit pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).
c. Information from third parties, such as documents or information provided by employers, sponsors, or the independent attorneys working on your matter.
Sensitive personal information (PII). We recognize that much of the information above is sensitive. In particular, USCIS considers USCIS receipt numbers (case receipt numbers) to be Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and Hibee treats and safeguards USCIS receipt numbers as PII in accordance with this Policy, including the security measures described in Section 6.

5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to provide our Services and as described below:
- With attorneys and professionals working on your matter — the independent licensed attorney(s), and other authorized professionals, assigned to or supporting your case.

6. Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, to comply with our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser’s local storage) to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how visitors move between pages, and the type of device and browser used. These providers collect this information for us through cookies and similar technologies, and may collect it over time as you use our website. To learn how Google uses this information, see How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Security. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. It may process information about your device and browser to tell people apart from automated programs.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.
9. International Users and Data Transfers
Our Services relate to U.S. immigration and are directed to a global client base. If you access our Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to ask a question about this Policy, contact us using the details in Section 14. We will respond consistently with applicable law. Note that we may need to retain certain information to meet legal obligations or to complete your matter.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where we assist with a matter involving a minor, the relevant information is provided by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult.
12. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
